Specifications 

Type: single-channel pressure control vessel, with a pressure chamber for an incubator. Ideal for multi-well plates or petri dishes.
Includes: round plastic pressure chamber, control unit with pressure regulator and preprogrammed sustained/cyclic pressure patterns, and tubing with rubber incubator port stopper.

Pressure range: 0 – 40 kPa (0 – 300 mmHg).

Preprogrammed pressurisation patterns: sustained and cyclic pressurisation, with upper and lower pressure limits within 0 – 40 kPa (0 – 300 mmHg). Set pressure duration from 3 to 24 hours or indefinite.

• Sustained pressure: pressure maintained at a specific level set within 0 – 40 kPa (0 – 300 mmHg), with periodic depressurisation and repressurization for gas exchange.
• Cyclic pressure: Pressure periodically oscillates between two pressure limits, with the period of oscillation within 1-180 minutes and pressure limits within 0 – 40 kPa (0 – 300 mmHg) set by the user.
