The PrecisionPak Plant Matter DNA extraction kit contains a combination of lysis beads preloaded in sample tubes and lysis buffer for thorough homogenization and high yield. The formulations of the buffers are environmental-friendly and does not require ethanol, phenol, chloroform and isopropanol. The extraction kit is innovatively designed to be faster and more efficient than spin-column methods.
