The CryoSkin® Scientific Cryogenic Apron, measuring 1050 x 600 mm, is designed to protect the torso and upper legs from splashes and contact cold when working with cryogenic liquids, such as liquid nitrogen, and other cryogenic hazards. Constructed from a combination of state-of-the-art materials, this apron features a unique multilayer design that maximises thermal protection while maintaining dexterity and comfort.
The apron is equipped with a waterproof and breathable durable polyester outer shell, offering excellent protection against cryogenic liquid splashes. It includes a 3M™ Thinsulate™ Thermal Liner, which enhances its ability to shield against contact cold. For a customised fit, the apron has adjustable neck and waist straps and quick-release buckles at both the neck and waist for easy fitting and removal.
The materials used in the CryoSkin® Scientific Apron include a durable polyester outer layer with PU coating, a thermal liner made of 3M™ Thinsulate™, and an inner liner composed of cotton and polyester. The apron is ideal for various applications, including bio-medical settings, food preparation, laboratories, liquid nitrogen handling, and pharmaceutical environments.
