CryoSkin® Scientific Cryogenic Gloves, Elbow Length, are specifically designed to provide protection when handling cryogenic liquids such as liquid nitrogen and other cryogenic hazards.
These gloves are engineered with a combination of technical, state-of-the-art materials and feature a unique multilayer construction that maximises thermal protection without compromising on dexterity and comfort. They offer cryogenic protection for ultra-cold applications down to -196°C, making them ideal for a range of demanding environments.
The gloves feature a waterproof and breathable durable polyester outer shell, ensuring protection from moisture while maintaining comfort. Their design allows for a good grip and dexterity, essential for precise handling in cold conditions. For convenience, the gloves include a hanging loop for easy storage. Measuring 420mm in length, they offer extended protection up to the elbow.
The outer material of the gloves is made of polyester with a PU coating, while the moisture barrier consists of a Porelle® ePTFE waterproof breathable membrane. The thermal liner is composed of 3M™ Thinsulate™, providing excellent insulation against extreme cold temperatures.
CryoSkin® gloves are highly suitable for various applications, including bio-medical, food preparation, laboratories, liquid nitrogen handling, and pharmaceutical industries. They meet the standards of AS/NZS 2161.3 (EN388) for protective gloves. The gloves are available in blue and are categorised under the CryoSkin® brand, ensuring high-quality performance and reliability.
